We'd like to thank you all at TWB for the work just completed on our house.  We are delighted with the result, which is even better than we had anticipated.

Our thanks especially to Paul, who used his skills to such good effect, Carl, Tom and the rest of the team, all of whom worked so hard, often faced with quite awkward problems to solve.  We really appreciate all the little finishing touches which make such a difference and also their courtesy and consideration towards us and our neighbours.

Also thanks to all who worked 'behind the scenes' and to yourself for advice, patience and arranging things for us.

I just wanted to say thanks for the way you carried out the work on our house.  There were several non-standard problems (not to mention my eccentric views) and removing the old windows was clearly a difficult job yet Paul managed it without even cracking a tile.  I was unsure of the best method of dealing with the finish but the lads took their time to explain the possibilities and gave us overnight to think about it.  Their advice was appreciated and I am glad that the outside was completed to Paul’s recommendations.  It was good to see people caring about the work they did.  I am also pleased with the inside finish, despite it not being what you would normally do.  Thanks again for putting in the extra time to give us what we wanted there.  Please convey our thanks to all who helped or organised.

I have just had a large conservatory completed by your company and feel that I must write to you to compliment the way in which we were treated by your staff.  We found them all to be very helpful and went about their work in a very professional manner; this was from the very beginning to the end in all aspects of the construction.

Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated with the utmost respect at all times.  Problems were put right without any fuss at all and we were always kept informed as to what the position was during the whole time.

My friend who recommended you to me is a very reliable and trustworthy professional person, but my expectations have been exceeded at every turn.  Every question I asked was answered with consideration and patience and each of the potential problems addressed as I raised them.

This was not a straightforward installation and we had stringent time limits for completing the work.  You and your team rose to every challenge and provided and installed the entire set of windows with minimal disruption.
